CUDAHY, Circuit Judge Delphi Industries and City and Suburban Distributors (C&S) shared a close relationship as corporations go. The Stroh Brewery Company allegedly terminated its contract with C&S over that distributor's choice (in Delphi) of corporate allies. But there was more at stake here than judging another by the company he keeps. Delphi brought suit against Stroh for intentional interference with both current and prospective contract rights. In this Illinois diversity case, the district court granted summary judgment for Stroh, from which Delphi appeals. We believe that the determination below was in part premature, and so we reverse and remand a number of claims for further proceedings and affirm others. I.
